COVID-19 POLICIES
Grant’s Service Centre continues to update its COVID-19 policies and procedures to reflect recommendations by public health authorities.
As restrictions and recommendations continue to evolve, we continue to adapt to make safe choices for our customers, staff and community.
We appreciate your support and adherence to these guidelines to help keep our staff, customers and community safe!
• Contactless dropoff and payment continue to be an option for any customer who desires it. Simply drop off your vehicle on your appointment day, and place you keys in the dropbox on the south side of the building. We will communicate vehicle updates with you through phone, text or email. Payment can be made through e-transfer at pickup.
• We're wearing masks, using hand sanitizer, and cleaning the shop regularly. As of March 21, customers are not required to wear masks but are encouraged to do so to support their health and safety.
• Our automotive technicians will continue to wear a mask when accessing your vehicle (e.g. entering/moving your vehicle into a shop bay and during service), and will sanitize high touch areas after accessing your vehicle.
